1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing PathZip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
2. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play PathZip on personal Android devices strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
3. Virtual Currency, PRO Pass & Promotional Codes
A. Virtual Coins: The App contains in-game virtual coins used exclusively to unlock hints, special cyberpunk themes, and arcade perks. Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and cannot be transferred between players.
B. PRO Pass & In-App Purchases: You may purchase the PathZip PRO Pass or coin packages via Google Play In-App Billing. All purchases are processed and billed under Google Play's Terms of Service. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except as mandated by applicable consumer law or Google Play refund policies.
C. Promotional Giveaway Codes: We may distribute limited promotional voucher codes (e.g., for beta testers or giveaways). These codes are single-use per device, subject to expiration, and cannot be resold or bartered.
4. User Conduct & Restrictions
When using PathZip, you agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the App.
- Use automated scripts, bots, hacks, or cheats to manipulate puzzle solutions or ad delivery.
- Exploit bugs or unintended glitches for commercial gain.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary copyright or trademark notices.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, graphics, sound, puzzle algorithms, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, and software code related to PathZip are the exclusive intellectual property of Monster Poker Group and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PathZip is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Monster Poker Group or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access or use the App.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
